The time my mom was there it was like home for me too and still I care deeply about everyone even though distance makes it impossible to be involved in a meaningful way. Anne.
This empathy and support meant the world to us and continues to warm our hearts. We full appreciate that the work you all do is tough, challenging, testing and requires very particular skills. However, we observed…only warmth. Patience, kindness and a friendly smile. Liam, despite his progressive deterioration always seemed as comfortable as he could possibly be, which was a great comfort to us all.

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment the entire staff team for their excellent services that are being provided. It is very reassuring as a family to see our dad treated with such dignity and respect and we would like to sincerely thank every member of staff for the support and reassurance that they have given us over the pasty number of weeks. This has been by far the most positive experience of healthcare that I have witnessed on a personal basis and I commend you and your team. I was so impressed with the absolute person centred care that is Saint Joseph's and I would like to thank everyone of your staff for their kindness and compassion. Deirdre
The more awareness of dementia the better for everyone concerned. The staff who care for patients on a daily basis should be applauded for the patience and understanding. Anon
I thought it was great. The trainers were very kind and good listeners and I felt I was with friends and I wasn't alone. Big thank you to all involved , even seeing Saint Joseph's was a relevation, kind caring professionalism creating a family type hope for residents, well done. I didn’t know what to expect when I came and was a little apprehensive. However, I feel the course, the way it was presented , all the speakers were so excellent I feel really refreshed and inspired, thank you. Caring for Carers attendee
